How being stubborn helps staying healthy.

I come from a long line of stubborn. Today I'm thankful for that. I am not the biggest fan of running. Most of the time I hate it. I know that it is a great workout so I keep trying. Today I did 6.2 miles. The longest I have ever run. I have a 10k in two weeks and I was getting ready to punk out. Not anymore. I will conquer it.


Thanks mom and dad for making me stubborn!
